1970 AMX History

go back back

The 1970 AMX would unfortunately be showing off its two-seater body style for the last time, since starting in '71 the AMX would physically become Javelin's top of the line model.

Some noticeable changes for the year included a Ram-Air induction hood scoop and a newly redesigned front end and tail lamps.

The 1970 AMX also came standard with the powerful 360 cid engine pushing a respectable 290 horse power.
