1972 Mustang History

The 1972 Ford Mustang body style remains practically unchanged. Ford discontinues production of the "Boss" models and no longer offers either version of the 429 cid and Boss 351 cid engines.

Sadly enough the muscle-car era is coming to an abrupt end due to Governmental fuel economy regulations, high insurance premiums and strict emission laws.
